After Dark is a photojournalism project that documented the kinship between a group of people, united by their physical space - block 65. The blocks 63 - 66 at Yung Kuang Road, known as the ‘diamond blocks’ are home to people who lead all sorts of lives.
Every evening, under block 65, a group gathers. Drinks are passed around, and the strumming of guitars fills the air as everyone sings along. Some live in the area, while some ex-residents make the journey to block 65.

These blocks serve as temporary homes for many under the Interim Rental Housing Scheme. Managed by the Housing Development Board (HDB), these are short-term flats that residents live in while waiting to be allocated HDB flats.
As a result, the residents never stay for long, and the group at the void deck is ever-changing.
